San Francisco, a city by the bay perfectly situated at Northern California brings you the best that it has to offer. You either feel guilty for ditching the checklist you have made by spending all day out exploring the bay area or not having enough time to see it all. It is definitely worth to spend a week or two to give yourself an ample time. Being said that, I should be penalized for spending only a day as I had to move further north to Yuba City before sun down for another adventure.
A day in San Francisco will not be perfect without some flowers in your hair. A famous song sang by Scott McKenzie which sounds like this :

True enough, as I was walking around in summer time humming this song in my mind down the streets of San Francisco. It brought me to meet some gentle people there. A bus driver was kind enough to stop at the traffic light to map my bus route to the Golden Gates even though it was showing green on the light. He did not rush me off nor the passengers in the bus. What a lovely day to begin with. Oh I love summer time in SF !
A bus ticket cost USD $ 2 per pax brought me from Civic Centre to Golden Gates with an interchange included. This same ticket allowed me to board a different bus from Golden Gates to a metro station which is connected to San Francisco Airport - Stay tune for upcoming stories on my next adventure. I walked the Golden Gates happily knowing that I saved my pocket from burning a hole.
There are so many interesting things to do while you are in SF. Be sure to enjoy yourself without stressing on the checklist that you have done.
